MK-677 newbie – dosage, timing and realistic expectations pls
New to this stuff. 28 years old, train consistently but want better progress. Friends say MK-677 gives good pumps, more fullness and faster recovery. Never used anything like this before. What is safe starting dose? Best time to take it? How long until first effects? Any tips for first month? Thanks!
