To help ensure the best possible experience for both clients and therapists, we kindly ask all clients to read and respect the following policies.

Appointments & Booking

 

Appointments can be booked in advance online, by phone, or in person.

 

Advance booking is recommended, particularly during evenings and weekends, to help secure your preferred appointment time.

​

Booking for more than 2 people will require full payment in advance to secure the appointment time and treatment space.

 

Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation and preparation.

 

Late arrival - If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your treatment within the remaining appointment time. However, treatments may need to finish at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for following clients.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

We kindly ask clients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes whenever possible.

 

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

This policy helps us respect both therapist time and other clients waiting for appointments.

Health Information

 

Clients are responsible for informing therapists of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or health concerns before treatment begins.

 

This allows treatments to be adapted safely and appropriately according to individual needs and comfort.

Professional Boundaries

 

Nuad Thai Boran provides professional therapeutic massage treatments only.

 

Any inappropriate behaviour, language, intoxication, or requests of a sexual nature will not be tolerated under any circumstances and treatment will be terminated immediately.

 

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both clients and staff.

Client Comfort & Communication

 

Client comfort is always important to us.

 

Please communicate with your therapist regarding:

• Pressure preference  

• Areas of discomfort  

• Injuries or sensitivities  

• Temperature or positioning comfort

Pressure and treatment style can always be adjusted during the session to suit your comfort level.

Mobile Phones & Quiet Environment

 

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly ask that mobile phones are kept on silent during treatments whenever possible.

​

For the privacy, comfort, and safety of both clients and therapists, photography and video recording are NOT permitted inside treatment rooms or during massage treatments without prior permission from management.

Payment Policy

Payment is required before treatment begins.

 

We accept major payment methods including cash and card payments.

Gift vouchers may be available for selected treatments and packages.

Personal Belongings

 

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during their visit.

 

Nuad Thai Boran cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.

Right to Refuse Treatment

 

For health, safety, and professional reasons, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where appropriate.

 

This may include situations involving:

• Contraindications to massage  

• Intoxication  

• Inappropriate behaviour  

• Unsafe conditions for treatment
