We're delighted to announce the reopening of our salon from Monday 12th April. Here are how we're keeping our clients and therapist COVID-secure.

It is our policy to operates safely under the government guidelines in accordance with the UK government guidance to ensure a safe environment for both clients and our therapist.

1.) We're accepting appointment only, this is to minimise the number of people on the premises at any one time.

We accept card, cash and online payments. Unfortunately, all kind of head massage and facial are not permitted at this moment.  

2.) Clients must complete our consultation form before all of our treatment, this is to comply with NHS trace and track.

Information will be kept in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

3.) Client must arrive on-time for the appointment.

4.) Body temperature will be monitored on arrival.

This is done using a contactless thermometer on your arrival. If you present with a high temperature we may decline to treat you (of course any advance payment will be refunded)

5.) The reception area can only accommodate one client at a time.

6.) The interval between appointments are kept for cleaning and sanitising.

7.) Hand sanitising facilities are available throughout the salon.

8.) Face coverings or face masks are recommended for clients. Any customers who wish to keep their own face masks or face coverings on are welcome to do so.

9.) Please respect us, by adhering to social distancing.

Follow floor markings throughout the salon wherever possible.

10.)  Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

 Our therapists will all be wearing face coverings and/or face visors at all times during the treatment,  this is for your protection. If you have hearing difficulty or rely on lip-reading please let us know our team will be able to assist you.
